Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Uniforms typically start at 6 pieces per design. Coaching boards and the Shooting Correction Machine have no minimum - order one or order a hundred.
How long does production take?
Most custom team orders ship in 2-3 weeks after proof approval. Rush production may be available before tipoff - contact us with your date.
Can you help with logo/design setup?
Yes. Send us what you have - a sketch, a PNG, a PDF - and our design team will digitize and refine it for free as part of the mockup.
Can schools use purchase orders?
Yes. We accept POs from public and private schools, athletic departments, and districts. Email our team-orders desk and we'll send the W-9 and PO instructions same-day.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Team and program pricing kicks in once we see your roster size. Send a quote request and we'll send back an itemized quote with the bulk tier applied.
Can players get custom names and numbers?
Standard. Send your roster (or list in the quote form) and we'll lay out each name and number on the proof for approval before production.
Do you provide mockups before production?
Yes. Every custom order gets a free digital proof so coaches can confirm colors, logo placement, names, and numbers before a single stitch.
Can we reorder later?
Yes. Your design and roster are kept on file - re-orders or in-season add-ons can be processed without restarting the design step.
How does sizing work?
We can size to your actual roster (not generic L/XL/2XL). Send us measurements or a sizing kit can be shipped before production.
What shipping options are available?
Standard shipping to the contiguous US is free on orders over $250. Below $250, we quote actual carrier rates. Rush shipping available.
What happens if there is a production issue?
Mockup-approved guarantee: if we make a production error on a uniform you approved, we re-make and ship at no charge.
